Each CENTRI™ unit carries a LIFETIME WARRANTY on the entire unit, including impeller/bearing assembly, stainless steel body, aluminum hood, and all components. This warranty does not include damage to this product from misuse, abuse, accident, or improper installation.

If a CENTRI™ unit should become defective during its lifetime, obtain a return goods authorization (RGA) number from DRM Diversafab. Please indicate the reason for the return, equipment and engine used on, and the operating conditions.

When return authorization has been given, return the unit to DRM Diversafab with shipping PRE-PAID, and RGA number clearly written on the outside of shipping carton.

Upon receipt, DRM Diversafab will repair or replace unit free of charge, at DRM Diversafab’s discretion, and return the CENTRI™ unit freight pre-paid.
