Each CENTRI® unit carries a LIFETIME WARRANTY on the entire unit, including impeller/bearing assembly, stainless steel body, aluminum hood, and all components. This warranty does not include damage to this product from misuse, abuse, accident, or improper installation.

If a CENTRI® unit should become defective during its lifetime, obtain a return goods authorization (RGA) number from BEST-EX INC. Please indicate the reason for the return, equipment and engine used on, and the operating conditions.

When return authorization has been given, return the unit to BEST-EX INC with shipping PRE-PAID, and RGA number clearly written on the outside of shipping carton.

Upon receipt, BEST-EX, INC. will repair or replace unit free of charge, at BEST-EX INC’s discretion, and return the CENTRI® unit freight pre-paid.
